One of our big needs at Cedarvale is accomodation. Recently we invested in a new property and are in need of finances to finish essential renovations. The new property is a duplex unit, which at the time of sale was in bad disrepair. We have complete stage one of the rennovations and finished one side with a duplex unit.
We are now about to commence to stage two of the rennovations. There is significant cost involved, but this will enable us to provide more accommodation for potential staff or students. It may also be an additional source of income through making it available to rent.
